Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 15mm/20mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing/ PPR Pipes 80mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

M&L Dismantling Joints of Flanged Pipe 80mm bore (dia) in Position and Removing Old Rubber or Fiber Gasket, Bolts and Nuts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 20mm bore (dia), ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings as required at Site, laid in Trenches or fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any Other Situations, complete as all specified and as directed.

M&L Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 80mm bore (dia), ‘medium grade’ with all Fittings as required at Site, laid in Trenches or in any Situations, complete as all specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) 3 layer Pipe SDR 7.4 (PN 16) and Fittings 90mm bore (dia) having Inner with Anti-microbial Property and Outer Green Coloured, UV Stabilize Property Fusion welded having Thermal Stability for Hot and Cold Water Supply including PP-R Plain and Brass threaded Poypropylene Random Fittings and required for fixing to Walls or laid in Floor/ Ground and Testing of Joints as per Manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun Metal Globe/Gate Valve 20mm bore (dia) with Iron Wheel Head, ISI marked, screwed both Ends for Iron Pipe including Taking down/out unserviceable Globe/Gate Valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cast Iron Butter-fly Valve 80mm bore (dia), Wafer type, Flanged and drilled both Ends, ISI marked, conforming to IS:13095 with all Jointing Materials such as suitable size Mild Steel Nuts, Bolts, GI Washers, Rubber Gasket, etc. and Testing against Leakage including Taking out/ down Unserviceable Butter-fly Valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking out (Unloading) All Old Catalyst from Oxidation Chamber of IRP having capacity 5500 GPH of MAKE : RMCO with Proper Care, Cleaning complete Pipes, Butter-fly Valves, etc. of any Capacity, Flow and Height by Opening the Manhole Cover disconnection and including Removing the Waste Materials up to a distance not exc. 100 Metre away from the Site of Work, Spreading and Levelling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking out (Unloading) All Old Rusted and Muddy Filter Media like Sand, Gravels, etc. from Iron Removal Filter Vessel with Proper Care, Cleaning complete Pipes, Butter-fly Valves, etc. of any Capacity, Flow and Height by Opening the Manhole Cover disconnection and including Removing the Waste Materials up to a distance not exc. 100 Metre away from the Site of Work, Spreading and Levelling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing Inner Surfaces of Iron Removal Filter Vessal (Empty i.e. after Taking out of Old Catalyst, Muddy Filter Media like Sand, Gravels, etc.) of any Capacity, Flow and Hight by through Scrapping Old Paints, Removing Rust, etc. with Emery Papers/ Eco Friendly Chemicals, Through Cleaning Complete and applying Two Coats of Anti-corrosive Black Bituminous Paints (suitable for Drinking Water Purpose) as per Standard Engineering Practice, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Filling in layers New Washed, Cleaned, Dust Free Filter Media (Sand & Gravels as approved) of Sizes 3/4"x1/2", 1/2"x1/4", 1/4"x1/8", 1/8" x1/6" suitable for Use in Filteration Plant (as per requirements), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Strainer, Double Nut type (as approved) as per Site requirements including Taking down/ up Unserviceable Strainer of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts and all Gaskets (as approved) as per Site requirements including Taking down/ up Unserviceable Bolts, Nuts, Gaskets, etc. of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

S&F Pressure Gauge with Fittings (as approved) as per Site requirements including Taking down/ up Unserviceable Pressure Gauge of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Testing Chemical Dozing (Metering) Pump, Reciprocating type for Injecting Calcium Hypochloride employing having Output 2 U.S. GPD to 4 U.S. GPD and adjustable high pressure upto 100 PSI, 230 Volt, 50 Hz including Taking down Unserviceable Chemical Dozing (Metering) Pump of any description, complete as all specified and as directed. MAKE : DECRIN/ RAMCO or as approved by GE

Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Testing Electrically operated Chlorine Dosing Tank 100 LITRE Capacity, made out of PE/ FRP MOC with PE/ FPR Lid and Level Gauge along with Single Phase Electric Motor and Agitator with Shaft and Blade in plastic mounted on Tank, Lid must have Port hole for pouring Clacium Hypochloride and Water when necessary. SPECIAL REPAIRS TO LT PANELS & CONNECTED ITEMS

Excavating in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and Depth not exc. 1.50 Metre for of Laying of Cable Line, etc., Forming Surfaces to required Foundation, etc. and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Levelling, Watering, Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, Providing Heaps along the Route of the Cable Line, etc. with Surplus Soil in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Making Horizontal Boring under Road, Pavement, Hardstanding including Cutting, etc. with Manual Anger or Bookie, etc. for inserting Pipe upto 100mm bore (dia), complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Pipes will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

Disconnecting & Taking down/out unserviceable LT Cable of any size and any description from Trenches, Floors, Walls, GI Pipes, etc. incuding Taking out Bricks/ Concrete Cable Cover, GI Pipes, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Work will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Items.

Supply & Laying or Fixing or Passing through Pipe, 1100 Volt grade Heavy duty XLPE Cable with PVC insulated Aluminium Stranded Conductor served with an Inner sheathing of PVC Tape Armoured with Galvanised Steel Wire or Tape and Overall PVC sheathed 16 Sqmm, 4 Core Nominal Cross Section and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth Works, Pipes, Concrete Cable Cover, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

Supply & Laying or Fixing or Passing through Pipe, 1100 Volt grade Heavy duty XLPE Cable with PVC insulated Aluminium Stranded Conductor served with an Inner sheathing of PVC Tape Armoured with Galvanised Steel Wire or Tape and Overall PVC sheathed 50 Sqmm, 3½ Core Nominal Cross Section and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth Works, Pipes, Concrete Cable Cover, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & Laying Un-reinforced Pre-cast Concrete Cable Cover Class LV, Type 1 with Concrete grade M-20 (minimum), size 250x150x40mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
