Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all types of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :Three sand :Six graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty Milimeters) nominal and below size in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrisen at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour). Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 60 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm (four point Zero millimetre) thick glass panes. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (twelve millimetre ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 (three point three) Per Kilogram/ Per Square Metre including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth witth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M.S.BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.
