Engaging skilled Plumber with necessary tools and miscellaneous minor fittings such as Telxon tape, washers, jumper valves etc for attending the day to day complaints , minor repair works, fixing / replacing the damaged fittings such as taps/ wash basins, EWC/IWC, flushing cisterns, Replacing damaged PVC/GI pipe lines, PVC rain water pipes and fittings, pumping water to the Hospital buildings and staff quarters including minor repairing and maintenance of Pumps and periodic chlorination of open wells etc all works connected with internal/ external water supply lines, water supply fittings/ fixtures, sanitary installations, OHT etc of ESI establishments at Ezhukone such as Hospital, Staff quarters, kitchen, laundry and pump house (covering all buildings in the specified campus) and ESI dispensaries attached to ESIC hospital Ezhukone and staff quarters at Thrippileshikam, Mulavana, Sadanandapuram, Kadambanad,Anchal, Puthoor, Punalur, Vilakudy, Kottarakkara, Nedumpana and ESIC branch offices at Puthur, Punalur and Kottarakkara and DCBO at Ezhukone all in Kollam District as directed by the Engineer in charge from 6 AM to 10 PM in two shifts on all days including sundays and holidays.

Engaging Helper for plumber (sewer man) for attending complaints on sewer/drainage lines, removing blockage in Drainage/ sewer lines, Gully traps, Manholes and Septic tanks etc in the campus of ESI Hospitals at Ezhukone and staff quarters at Ezhukone and ESI dispensaries attached to ESIC hospital Ezhukone and staff quarters at Thrippileshikam, Mulavana, Sadanandapuram, Kadambanad,Anchal, Puthoor, Punalur, Vilakudy, Kottarakkara, Nedumpana and ESIC branch offices at Puthur, Punalur and Kottarakkara and DCBO at Ezhukone all in Kollam District etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

One shift from 9 AM to 5 PM on all days excluding sundays or anyone off day per week in lieu of working on sundays in exigence of work

Engaging Beldar (Male Mazdoor) for assisting plumber in attending the day to day complaints of all sorts of Internal water supply/External water supply/sanitary installations /assisting carpenter in repair works/ cleaning open area in campus/ assisting sewer man in clearing blockages/ clearing silting storm water drains including removing and replacing RCC covers, removing growth of baniyan tree on wallas and Terraces, cutting branches of trees up to 30 cm in diameter etc. in Ezhukone hospital campus and ESI staff quarters all located in Ezhukone etc and ESI dispensaries attached to ESIC hospital Ezhukone and staff quarters at Thrippileshikam, Mulavana, Sadanandapuram, Kadambanad,Anchal, Puthoor, Punalur, Vilakudy, Kottarakkara, Nedumpana and ESIC branch offices at Puthur, Punalur and Kottarakkara and DCBO at Ezhukone all in Kollam District ( Mazdoor is not to be specifically attached with any skilled worker and suppose to attend all woks assigned to him and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Engaging Skilled Carpenter/ Aluminium Fabricator, wood cutter and welder with necessary tools, rope and miscellaneous fittings such as screws and sleeves etc in attending complaints regarding all steel/wooden/Aluminium doors, windows /partitions in the ESI hospitals campus at Ezhukone, and ESIC staff quarters at Ezhukoneand ESI dispensaries attached to ESIC hospital Ezhukone and staff quarters at Thrippileshikam, Mulavana, Sadanandapuram, Kadambanad,Anchal, Puthoor, Punalur, Vilakudy, Kottarakkara, Nedumpana and ESIC branch offices at Puthur, Punalur and Kottarakkara and DCBO at Ezhukone all in Kollam District as directed by the Engineer in charge.

In one shift from 9 AM to 5 PM on daily basis as and when required by the Engineer in charge.

Supervision of all works related to the contract i.e. staff deployment, maintenance, repair works, etc. ensuring that the persons engaged are bonafidely discharging their duties, ensuring that the complaints are attended within the shortest time possible by workers to the satisfaction of Users , liasoning with ESIC Engineers and users, maintaining record of all works done under the Contract in ESI Hospital and staff quarters at Ezhukone and ESI dispensaries attached to ESIC hospital Ezhukone and staff quarters at Thrippileshikam, Mulavana, Sadanandapuram, Kadambanad ,Anchal, Puthoor, Punalur, Vilakudy, Kottarakkara, Nedumpana and ESIC branch offices at Puthur, Punalur and Kottarakkara and DCBO at Ezhukone all in Kollam District obtaining user certificates from user authorities in writing either in the task register to be maintained or through letters, arranging Testing of water samples through Govt. Lab as and when required and as directed by Engineer in charge.

One supervisor in one shift of eight hours from 9 AM to 5 PM for 5 days in a week on daily basis excluding sundays and saturdays or any one off day per week in lieu of working on sundays in exigence of work

Engaging mason with necessary tools such as trowel, Brick Hammer, Gauge Rod, Plumb Rule and Bob, Chisel, Setting Out Square or Mason Square etc. for attending the day to day complaints , minor repair and patch works, masonary work upto first floor, patch plastering, condreteing, fixing/Replacing the EWC/IWC etc. in the ESI Regional Office, ESI Dispensary and Staff Quarters at Thrissur- all in Thrissur Dist. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

In one shift from 9 AM to 5 PM on daily basis as and when required by the Engineer in charge.

Clearing the grass and wild vegetation by using bush cutting machine (Four stroke) and removing the debris outside the periphery of the area cleared by engaging skilled operator with machine and miscellaneous fittings such as rope cutter, triangular blade, circular blade, fuel, Oil etc as required including transportation from one dispensary to another dispensary on complaint basis and as directed by engineer-in- charge etc-complete under the ESI Hospital, Ezhukone in Kollam district.

Cleaning of septic tank of various sizes including removing and refixing the cover slab, fully de-sludging and emptying the tank either manually or by truck mounted sucking units including disposing the sludge either to the Muncipal dumping yard or locally by making earth pits and refilling with earth etc complete as directed by the Egineer in charge. (A photograph of cleaned septic tank bottom shall be provided along with the bill for payment).

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

In-filling / sealing of joint between RCC lintel cum sunshade and wall (on external side) in all floors by pushing in Grout RW/equivalent in paste form and coving 20 mm x 20 mm after applying a coat of Zycosil/equivalent & zycoprime/equivalent solution before cement plastering of top, bottom and sides of RCC sunshade.

Cutting branches of trees of the girth (measured 1 m from stem ), including cutting of trunks and branches, and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.
