Cleaning of the existing dummy and construction joints on Apron by removing the old cured selant , grinding of edges to neat finish, removal of debris,providing 12mm dia or suitable size expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer’s specifications , Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or IS: 11433-1995 in construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer -in -Charge. The size of the joints shall vary from 10 to 12 mm wide & 10 mm deep for dummy joints and construction joints. Length of the joint in Metres shall considered for payment.

The size of the joints shall vary from 25 to 40 mm wide & 10 mm deep for Expansion joints. Length of the joint in metres shall considered for payment.
Supplying of packed Elastomeric concrete compound (choksey, STP, Pdidlite chemicals or its equivalesnt) at site. Each pack of 5 Kg of Elastomeric concrete shall consist of 1.8 Kg. Resin, 0.45 Kg. Hardener & 2.75 Kg. of Aggregates as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying of primer of Elastimeric concrete compound (choksey, STP, Pdidlite chemicals or its equivalesnt) at site as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying of Non shrink cementitious Repair microconcrete (choksey, STP, Pdidlite chemicals or its equivalesnt) in packed bags at site as per manufature specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge..
Supplying of Epoxy resin based Concrete Bonding Agent(choksey, STP, Pdidlite chemicals or its equivalesnt) at site as per manufacture specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Application of Non shrink cementitious Repair microconcrete at site including cutting to required depth, chipping of loose concrete, cleaninig the area to be repaired with blower, applying a priming coat of bonding agent, mixing the concrete, pouring, finishing, texturing etc. all complete as per manufacture specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
