POTTED PLANTS

Supply and Displaying of well shaped developed plants with good colored foliage fresh and healthy 60 to 75 cm ht in 30 cm Earthen Pot as direction of the officer-in-charge.

Maintenance of potted plants in earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings, flats and ground floor bungalow, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required as per direction of officer-in- charge.

SHRUBS

Providing and Displaying standard Rose (HT Variety) 3 to 4 healthy branch 90 cm and above ht. Well developed with one and above flowers in 25 cm Earthen Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Hibiscus/ Ixora variegated of height 60-75 cm and healthy variegated follaige in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and Displaying Cyprus Golden Conical shape 60 to 75 cm ht with fresh and healthy Golden colour foliage in 30 cm earthen pot as per direction of officer in charge

Digging holes 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts

Complete maintenance of shrubs (out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning and application of fertilizer etc., and as per direction of officeer-in-charge.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of Surplus soil by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure)

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods, Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation, Fine dressing of the ground etc complete.

Providing and Laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surfaces with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e lawn, trees, shgrubsm herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc., including hoeing, weeding, prunning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of law, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide and fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (cost of good gearth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cuttter with fuel and other T&P materials/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

HEDGES

Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden having ht. 15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves i 15 dm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Digging holes 45 cm dia and 45 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavted earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc., (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied ber the department and as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Area L120 X B 0.3 =36 Sqm Approx)

MATERIALS

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for pament)

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm from approved source including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

PATHWAY

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
