Maintenance Contract for Room Air conditioners in FACT -UC, 2024-25

Maintenance charges(non-comphrensive) for Window AC sets (Voltas/ Bluestar/other makes) installed at different locations in Udyogamandal area, for a period of 3 months. Service shall be done for maintaining and upkeep as per General and Special terms & conditions.

Maintenance charges (non-comphrensive) of Split AC sets(Voltas/Bluestar/other makes) installed at different locations in Udyogamandal area for a period of 3 months. Service shall be done for maintaining and upkeep as per General and Special terms & conditions.

Maintenance charges (non-comphrensive) for Walk-incoolers installed at Cafeteria in Udyogamandal area for a period of 3 months, as per General and Special terms & conditions.

Errection and commissioning of split AC sets of up to 2.0 TR at different locations of FACT campus. All accessories required for work excecution will be supplied by FACT.
