Material and Labour for comprehensive maintenance, repair and servicing of 160 Nos of 'Best Water Doctor' water cooler with normal, hot and cold water dispending system model Hima 6 NHC 85/90/125 litre of make:- Cross field, including covering all spares/parts if found unserviceable during the period and replacement of activated carbon and other consumable once in a year, like air driver bottle, DS caddle, which ever be required to provide smooth function of the machine complete all are specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
NOTES:- (a) The parts shall be genuine as approved by GE. (b) The contractor is responsible to carried out services once in every quarter (3 months) during the contract period or as per user’s requirement to ensure the serviceability of the machine. (c) All body parts and other accessories shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove strains etc, with suitable solution, during the service time. (d) Any break down / complaints shall be attend and within the same day and rectification shall be intimated. (e) The rates quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any spares becoming unserviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. (f) A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be levied in case breakdown of machine more than 48 hrs from the time of complaint registration due to non attending.
Material & Labour for General servicing of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity outdoor unit of inverter type split AC after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including re-fixing the AC in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as directed.
All as per item No 2 here in above, but indoor unit of Inverter type Split Air Conditioner 1.5/2.0 Ton.
Supply and replace Prime Control Remote Board of inner unit and temperature sensor suitable for inverter type split type AC of 1.5/2 TR, of any make or model of OEM as per site requirement complete all as specified.
Supply and replace Prime Control Power Supply Board of outer unit suitable for inverter type split type AC of 1.5/2 TR, of any make or model of OEM as per site requirement complete all as specified. Note: - For item 4 & 5 shall be procured and work shall be done through OEM authorised service centre only.
Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
