Providing and fixing in position Colour Natural anodized heavy duty Aluminium Doors/windows/ Sections for outer frame, shutter frame, mullions, beads etc. including providing and fixing hardware items, 6mm clear float glass, approved EPDM gasket, wool pie, cleats and other accessories as required. Anodic coating shall be 0.025 mm as per Standard Code. The Aluminium frame will not be less than 2.75 mm thick. The rate shall include caulking around frames with polysulphide sealant, wherever required, SS friction hinges handles, locks, concealed tower bolts etc. as per approved makes and specifications. The contractor has to provide shop drawings before the commencement of work for the architect's approval. The contractor has to follow profiles of the sections shown in the Drawing or approved equivalent to the mentioned. Appropriate profiles of EPDM gaskets shall be inserted between aluminium frames/ beadings and glass; as well as both inside and outside around the periphery of the shutters, to make the windows air and water-tight. The fixing shall be done on aluminium rough ground openings at anchorage locations, in jambs, sills and heads by drilling holes with an electric drill, inserting Stainless Steel Counter sunk screws. The entire periphery shall be sealed by application of approved weather silicon sealant between the aluminium and masonry from both outside and inside to make the windows watertight. Each openable window shutter shall be provided 2 nos. of 255mm adjustable Stainless Steel Friction stay, button locking handle as per the design to be approved by the Architect. Door shutters with lock, handles, tower bolt, door stoppers, hinges as required, floor springs/Hydraulic door closer etc. complete. Rate inclusive of 6mm thick toughened glass/ 4mm thick ACP Sheet. Providing and installation of customised vertical concrete panels with precise dimensions and robust material specifications. Each panel measures 120 mm in width, 1500 mm in height, and has a thickness of 22 mm having flutes/grooves/undulation or of approved size of desired finish and pattern including the cost of graphics illustrations as approved by Architect in charge. The composition of tiles should be ‘43’ Grade Portland cement and homogeny pigmentation should be done with exterior grade synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigments. e pigmentation should be homogeneous and in accordance with British Standards BS EN 12878:1999. The other additives should be fine washed graded quartz, super plasticisers and integrated water proofing agents and others. The tiles should be produced with high vibration technology and concrete mix design compressive strength equivalent to M-40 Grade@28 days. The top surface of the tiles should be sealed with in surface water absorption of tiles, less than 1% and water absorption by 24 hrs immersion method, less than 8%. The tiles should be applied on a rough plaster of 1:3 cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and the fixing of tiles should be done by ‘Greyscale’ tile adhesive or equivalent as per manufacturer’s laying instruction. ln addition to this tiles will also have an inSert of L profile fixed using epoxy and screwed on the wallfor additional safety. The installation should be meticulously carried out under the guidance and approval of the appointed Architect or Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of quality and precision. Design, fabricating, supply and installation of customised perforated MS sheet in extruded triangular or parametrically eveolved pattern as approved by drawing submitted to Architect in charge at all levels mild steel (MS) sheets, which includes a series of detailed processes to achieve the desired design and finish through CNC cutting, which allows for precise and intricate patterns to be cut into the MS sheet based on the approved drawings and designs provided by the Architect in charge. Following the cutting process, etching and engraving are performed to add depth and detail to the design, enhancing the ornamental appearance. These processes involve carefully removing material from the surface to create the desired patterns and textures. After the cutting, etching, and engraving are completed, refilling is conducted to ensure the engraved areas are smooth and consistent with the overall design. This step ensures that the intricate details are highlighted and any imperfections are corrected. The MS sheet used for this work will be of an approved thickness to ensure structural integrity and durability. Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3 mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. Thereafter providing sub girt in 0.5 mm thickness in Z shape of 50 mm web and 20 mm flange over bottom skin sheet shall be Panel rib profile of LYSAGHT to be installed over purlins directly with self drilling & tapping screws. to make air gap of 50 mm for providing sandwich insulation of 50 mm thick rock wool pads having density of 48 kg/mtr cube with HDPE vapor liners on both top and bottom surface of Rock wool.
