Construction of CH Building 50 bedded Hospital at Sh Naina Devi ji

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter ) in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (fifty meter) and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ordinary soil including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (onecement: Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (onecement: Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Fortymillimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete M30 Design Mix (But Not less than 1:1.5:3) & curing complete but excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. 4.1 Foundation and Plinth

Walls (any thickness but not less then 0.10 mm (zero point ten millimetre) thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses.)

In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point Fifteen )thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and Ballies height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. 5.1 Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for R.CC work including bending, binding &placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
