Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means at all level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing P.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means up to required depth, including shoring, strutting, dewatering if requires, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, with all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils to disposal yard complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge as below:

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower & machinary for Surface dressing of the ground for all type of soil & ordinary rocks including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 2 Km and lift upto 1.5 m etc. all complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC.
Filling of available excavated earth, excavated rock in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, with all lead and lift complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavated earth, rock etc. stacked at various locations in the plant site , contractor has to make all necessary arrangements to fetch the material at work site including transportation, loading, unloading etc. Quoted rate should be inclusive of all above and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
Providing & Laying Plain cement concrete of Grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) for all work including compaction, curing and cost of form work etc. complete as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness), Coping, pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps, Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts, Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. at all heights complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer.
Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR or more of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in columns, beam, footing, pedestrals, walls (any thickness), Coping, pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. at all level including Curing, finishing, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement all as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Construction of Random rubble masonry by providing hard stone in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) at all level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including providing & installing scaffoldings, curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Raised and cut pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Fine sand) at all level with all necessary arrangements of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing M.S. Grill of required pattern including frame with M.S. Angle, Flat, round or square bars etc. including fixing in position by cement concreting, providing and applying two or more coat of epoxy coating over priming coat with approved primer etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape of following dia as mentioned below with 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, at all height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire with tape (0.52 mm thick). Note: Cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and installation of Structural steel work in riveted, bolted or welded sections, trusses and framed work, Embeded plates made up of steel etc. by making all necessary arrangements of cutting, hoisting, aligning, fixing in position at all level with all necessary arrangements & acessories i.e. nuts, bolts, anchor bolts etc and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the drawing, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Weight of acessories i.e. Nut/bolts, anchor bolts etc will be weighted and paid in this item only.
Providing and laying 100 mm dia u-Rigid PVC pipe (4 kg/sqcm) having radial and linear holes as weep holes in Stone masonry /Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing, technical Specifications and as directed by EIC.
PCC Grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Using approved size of graded stone aggregate and including compaction, curing and cost of form work, for road, floors, foundation, footing, machines foundations, bases of columns, walls, and other locations as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing all tools, tackels, machineries, manpower, material for providing & anchoring 20 mm dia. TMT bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR or more (as per IS 1786) of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO or equivalant, with epoxy grouting & with a minimum depth of 1.3 meter from foundation bed level/desired level including drilling a hole of minimum dia. 32 mm and depth of 1.3 meter, cleaning of anchoring hole with pressurized water, bailing out of water for making the surface dry, epoxy grouting of the bars on dry surface (length of each bar 2.30 mtr i.e 1.30 mtr grouted in hole and 1.0 mtr L in foundation ) as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Precasting and placing in position 125 mm dia RCC Post/Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/ concrete pavement at specified spacing complete as per thespecifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for making an clear opening of 600x600 mm in existing stone masonry wall by carefully removing of masonry stones, providing and fixing of RCC precast lintel beam of Grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with minimum 10 Kg RCC reinforcement as per the direction of EIC, made up of of minimum size 400x300 mm & length of 800 mm and providing and fixing of 600x600 mm size M.S. Grill made up of 50x50x6 mm angle frame with 20 mm verticle and horizontal round bars @ 150 mm c/c spacing respectively etc. including fixing in position by cement concreting, providing and applying two or more coat of epoxy coating over priming coat with approved primer etc. and covering of surrounding opening with PCC of Grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: Contractor has to make all necessary arrangements for safely making an opening inside the existing masonry wall. In case of any damage to wall during this, contractor has to make all necessary arrangement to restore the boundary wall at its own and contractor will not be paid any thing on this account.
