Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - II ( 75mm to 22.40mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively)and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I (Mix - in - place method) km 0/0-1/0

Providing and laying Tack Coat over the W.B.M surface using 4.00Kg of Emulsion Bitumen as Blinder for 10Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentaly at departmental section store at union office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractors bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended here with including conveyance of bitumen from section store to work site handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour charges for clearing surface before the application of bitumen blinder and heating the bitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrengment) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directly by the engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per clause 505 of most specification. km 0/0-1/7

Providing and laying premix carpet with seal coat Type ‘ A for 20 thickness using 0.18cum of 13.2mm IRC,HBG metal and 0.09cum of 11.2mm IRC,HBG metal with 14.60Kg . of bitumen for premixing 10sqm . of premix carpet and 0.09cum of 6.7mm IRC, HBG metal with 9.80Kg . of bitumen for seal coat type ‘A per 10sqm . including cost and conveyance of materials to be work site and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for pre mesurment, heating the bitumen in bitumen boilur , heating the aggregates , and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for pre mix carpet only rolling by 80-100 KN power of premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, bitumen boiler, power roller and all other tools and plant employed etc., complete as per clause 509 of MOST specification. Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approed souces to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction Km 0/0-1/0

Provision for 1.50m span Culvert CH 1600M Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting soils such as hard stiff clay ordinary gravel etc., with initial led and lift as per SS 20B including shoring baling out water where necessary etc.. Complete for foundation---culvert

Supplying and filling of foundation and basement with good river sand in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complee complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

CC 1:3:6 MIX using 40mm HBG Metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site all labour charges with simultaneous pointing etc. complete
