ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: An acoustic enclosure of suitable size for the DG set to reduce the noise level to the tune of 75db at a distance of 1metre from the enclosure. The DG Set can be operated from outside and monitored from outside. Easy to handle and store. In case the DG set has to be removed then panels can be easily removed for the removal of the DG Set. Inclusive of Exhaust silencer, necessary piping, exhaust bellows etc., should be part of the enclosure. Structurally robust for transportation with necessary earthing connection. FUEL TANK : This base frame contains the fuel tank also. The tank is provided with an intake breather and fill filter. The level of the fuel tank is indicated with a fuel level gauge mounted on the monitoring panel. STANDARD CONTROL PANEL : Control panel is made of dust and vermin proof construction of CRCA 16SWG sheets for the body and the door and consists of the following, including suitable size aluminium power cable termination arrangement for that rating for both incoming and outgoing cables-Digital Ammeter and Voltmeter,Frequency Meter,Digital DC Voltmeter for battery voltage,Tachometer,Hour meter,1no: kwh meter,1no:Suitably sized MCB/MCCB with OC/SC releases,With necessary CTs for metering,Emergency Stop Push Button,Shutoff and Visual Indication(Low oil pressure,High Water temperature,Over speed,Low coolant level),Indication lamps for the following Set on,Load on.
