Supply and fixing of factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to received gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause No.8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

Supply and Fixed of 100 mm long medium weight, mild steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified.

Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening .grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (1 st quality) with a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness , size , quality or description) from wooden/metal frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads upto 1.5 sqm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick (nominal) Sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty complete all as specified.

Cutting holes Exc 150 sq.cm but n exc 400 sq cm into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as requiredcomplete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be apply in second layer and measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) as in flooring work including bedded and jointed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including cutting and polishing, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for cutting, grinding , rubbing and polishing to existing machine cut Kota stone flooring including filling joints of kota stones with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab icomplete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6), (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor for receiving floor finishes complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm thickness PCC interlocking tiles,coloured, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 , M-40 Grade laid dry on sand not less than 40 mm thick(including), interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified.( Sand cushion shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,15 mm bore dia all as directed.

Supplying , laying, jointing and testing 15 mm nominal bore Steel water tubes, 'medium grade' ,galvanised , with all fittings ; fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.)15 mm nominal bore dia, including new fittings complete all as specified ( Note:- Refixing means including cleaning down existing pipes and fittings. )

Dismantling of corrugated steel sheets in roof coverings including ridges, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. ( Note :- the vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in, filling and mass concrete in chowkat frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, aaverage sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250sq.cm. With or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, roundd or mitred tops complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed.

Fixing only precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, aaverage sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250sq.cm. complete all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Material and labour for restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.to existing steel barbed wire all as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc.100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof, cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groves with cement mortar 1:3
