Taking down carefully point wiring of any type, size and description (light, fan, socket outlet etc.) including removal of battens, pipes, sockets, switches, ceiling roses, light fittings etc, complete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards etc of any type and capacity along with the existing boards, and removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces/portion of walls etc. all as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and description and removable the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces/portion of walls etc. all as directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring of two run with 04 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia medium grade and accessories of suitable size and fixed on concealed surface of wall/ceiling with cutting chases for conduit including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS , flexible copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green color all as specified and as directed. Note- (a) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity cable including PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured and paid as one unit. (b) Making disturbed surface good to wall/floors shall be inclusive of rates quoted above .

All as per Item no 4.00 above, but sub main wiring of 6.0 Sqmm cable with same size cable as earth continuity conductor complete.

M&L for sub main wiring of two run with 04 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing and capping of size 25 x 16 mm medium grade and accessories of suitable size and fixed on wall/ceiling including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS , flexible copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green color all as specified and as directed.
