Demolition of cement concrete of any description laid in any position and remove the debris out MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete tyoe C2 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection in alternate bays not more than 3.0 mtr length with joints between panels is 12mm wide will be filled with1 part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the debris out of MOD land etc complete all as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid water proofing compound to be measured under separate item as supply only.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and finishing walls with two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and chalk whiting with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and three coats white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down plaster from chajja/facia etc including dismantling of damaged concrete and repair the same with RCC (1:2:4) tyoe B1 concrete on chajja of any width n.exc 60 cms,applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately) and applying two coat of cement base paint with primer to match the existing,finished even and smooth using extra cement with out extra cost all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated/demolished material exc 500 m n.exc 1.5KM or out of MOD land and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 km above the starting point

M&L providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in copings in surfaces of roofs/in manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete not exc. 15 cm thickness in ground/floors including floor tile complete including removal of debries to a distance exc. 500 m and not.exc.1.5Km all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid ,bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab one edge, such on in stop, cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 sq. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 75 mm size medium weight cold rolled sainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 100 mm size Alluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruted section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 100 mm size extruded aluminium door handles fabricated type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix alluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolts 150 mm long with hasp and staple (bolt type) with fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling & terrazoo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises outside the MD land.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 for laying of floor tile all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area pf each the exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 for dado / skirting on brick /stone massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed Ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light sharde tiles, (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed

Taking down or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

All same as per item as above i.e item here in before but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, elbows, reducers, etc, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.
