An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. The intending bidder/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets availability or credit facilities of not less than 30% to the cost put to tender or three months estimated cash flow in peak construction period whichever is higher (i.e Rs.53.00 lakhs) for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Scheduled Bank, in the prescribed format as per circular dated 22.08.2022. The intending bidder should have (in the last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25 preceding 5 years) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.211.00 Lakhs.
