Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for taking out / laying cable / pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable all as specified.

M & L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size bricks as in protection of cable, laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise all as directed

Taking out existing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade from tranches/ducts/pipe, on wall, poles of following size .

M&L for KAPITRODE Earthing with Cast Iron pipe electrode, 75mm bore, 3.15mm wall thickness , 2.9 metres length,with GI pipe & funnel, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 2.9 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 25x5mm dia galvanised iron strip including the following, : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 450x450x450mm with Cast iron cover with suitable handle. (c) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead. (d) Requisite quantity of BFC Compound (bentonide powder) and black cotton soil. (e) Testing of earthing. NOTE :- On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost..

Cleaning away all grass vegetation sapling shrubs bushes from under roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm grith from substation area and removing upto distance of 50 mtr out of the periphery of area under cleanness including levelling of the area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- T&P required for this job to be brought by the contracor

S & F in replacement steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type 410 SP-31 of length 9 mtr including earth work in any strata, PCC1:3:6 Type C2 for foundation, PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 for copping, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primerall as specified in SSR and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in replacement of factory made Junction box of 0.90mx0.75mx0.45m outdoor type pedestal mounting, approx height 0.45mtr from ground level totally enclosed made with MS sheet of 3.15 mm thick & dust proof busbar chamber, double shutter, front & back opening incl PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for pedestal of suitable size incl providing with incoming MCCB 125 Amp 16 KA & outgoing comprising Copper bus bar 3 Nos for phase of size 20x10mm for neutral 10x10mm, copper conductor with PVC insulated cable lugs etc and duly powdered coated.
