REPAIR TO COMPOUND WALL CHAIN LINK FENCING DRAIN FLOORING PASTING AND ALLIED WORKS AND PATHWAY INCLUDING CERTAIN BR WORKS AT MEGHADRIGEDDA, 104 AREA, NAVAL PARK, DOLPHIN HILL AND ADJACENT AREAS UNDER GE UTILITY II, VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as described in Serial Item No. 2 herein before but except Bricks. Note: Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as described in Serial Item No. 4 herein before but except Stones. Note: Stones obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping, kerbs,hold fast cill,filling in pressed steel door frames and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc including dismantling of old existing barbed wire fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F in repairs Concertina Coil Fencing with Razor punched barb tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade –SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised, 600mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length 24±1mm, Pitch between two barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.5 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px2 Compound [Anti Rust] including dismantling of old existing concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Rolled Mild Steel work confirming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
