REPLACEMENT OF OIL FIRED INCINERATOR AT 180 MIL HOSP MISSAMARI

Dismantling of existing unserviceable incinerator of capacity 50 kg/hr, including disconnection of all electrical connections, fuel lines, chimney/flue connections and other allied components, carefully without causing damage to reusable parts. The work includes dismantling of complete unit such as combustion chamber, outer casing, blower, control panel, chimney, foundation bolts, etc., loading, transporting and depositing the dismantled materials to MES yard/store within specified lead, including unloading, stacking and handing over to store authorities, complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oil fired incinerator for Bio-medical waste having 50 Kg/Hr burning capacity comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber, Automatic waste feeding system, oil burners, FD fan, interconnecting ducts, emergency ducts, cyclone separators, quencher, venturi scrubber, droplet separator, water recirculation tank, packed bed scrubber, mist eliminator, active carbon filter, ID fan, fuel tank, control panel, min 30 mtr high chimney, continuous online emmission control system and any other equipment/plant/sensors/gauges/PLCs/ wirings/earthings /Aviation light on chimney etc. incuding Air pollution control system and devices so as to comply latest CBCB guidelines and Bio-Medical Waste Management rules-2016 amended up-to-date. Detailed scope of work along with specifications and compliance requirments in detail are given in Particular Spacifications forming part of this tender documents. Notes:- 1. Within 45 days after placement of work order, The contractor has to submit equipment blueprints and plant layouts of the Incinerator for approval of the GE. 2. The cost of necessary civil work required for all the subsystems of the Incinerator is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of Incenerator at BOQ item No-2. 3. With respect to prevailing rules/regulations & If required by the GE, ‘Consent To Establish (CTE)’ has to be obtained by the contractor from concerned state Department before start of execution of work. ‘Consent To Operate (CTO)’ upto the period of DLP (minimum) has to be obtained by the contractor from concerned state Department (SPCB) before testing & commissioning and issue of completion certificate of the contract. Any fee and other incidental cost to obtain CTE & CTO is to be paid by the contractor and it is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Any letter, if required, to lias with concerned State Dept by the contractor, may be issued by the GE.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode (600 x 600 x 3.15 mm) thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip (20 x 3 mm) as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete (1:3:6) Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board / Gen Set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Copper strip (20 x 3.15 mm) with saddles and fixing screws etc.for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing Tubes, 'Medium Grade' galvanised, 25 mm bore with all fittings; laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, 25 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 2000 Litres Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
