Execution of work under M.W. (UPHA) to Repairing the Boundary wall of Nagina Masjid at Champaner- Pavagadh

Execution of work under following items

Towards demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying in position cement concrete (pcc) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards centring and shuttering including strutti cantering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel works (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.: On steel work (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards removing and stacking boundary wall grills of a specified design within a 50-meter lead involves dismantling the grills, removing any necessary components like bolts or rivets, and then carefully stacking the dismantled pieces within the designated area. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards 12 mm cement plaster :1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade One face dressed Red sand stoneengraving (Gujarati, Hindi & English) as per approved design. including chamfering and molding the edges of pedestal, plaque etc. complete in all respects including material, labour, transportation, and finishing. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supplying and fixing Cultural Notice Board (CNB) made of yellowish Jodhpur sandstone, comprising a plaque of size 1.10m x 0.75m x 0.10m, fixed in an inclined manner on a stone pedestal of 1.86m height. The pedestal shall be embedded 0.60m below ground using 1:4:8 cement concrete, including necessary earthwork. The plaque shall have trilingual engraving (Gujarati, Hindi & English) as per approved design. including chamfering and moulding the edges of pedestal, plaque etc complete in all respects including material, labour, transportation, and finishing. EACH (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing Jodhpur yellow stone benches rest top size (1.0m X 0.5m X0.09m) and hight 0.6m including finishing 4nos leges size (0.25m X 0.25) in arch shaprequired including moulding work, earth work, cement concrete etc all as per instruction of EIC (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)
