Cleaning septic tank by completely removing the accumulated sludge / sewage after pumping water brought from outside , at required intervals in order to rinse the sticky / dry solid matter , taking out the sewage and disposing in a healthy manner inside or outside the compound at approved places by way of excavating burial pit , burying the sewage , spreading the excavated earth over the sewage and finally spreading lime over , as per the direction of engineer in charge. The Rate is inclusive of all labour , materials and hire charges of all machinery required for the operation and nothing extra shall be paid on any account .

Cleaning of manhole of maximum internal dimensions 90X80X90 cm by completely removing any accumulated silts sludges etc including clearing the blockage in the adjacent sewage pipes and disposing the wastages by manually including trenching buring and refilling etc complete.
