Rehabilitation of HL bridge over river Baitarani from P8 to P9 on Salapada Anandapur Road MDR at Ch 1.100 Km for the year 2026 27

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering at all heights of trough and road slab of aqueduct bridges, deck slab and soffit slabs using required nos of pylons for vertical supports of scaffolding centering and shuttering with joists,N.G. rails and Channels and shuttering plates including welding and bolting , cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and deposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing GSB Gr-vi materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting, trimming bottom & side slopes and transporting to the embankment locations upto 1000m lead with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC M-15 Grade of CD & structure work using 40 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by Concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-30 grade in different items using 20 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by Concrete Mixtue, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement works in structure & CD work using HYSD (uncoated reinforcement bars of Fe-500 gr.) including cost, conveyance of all materials with cost of all labour etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section -1600 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of structural steel work welded in built up section , truses and frame work giders, staging racks, etc including cutting bending binding straightening hosting fixing in position packing box with INSD chennel,ISMB, Angle and iron plates of required size including cost conveyance of all materials labour T&P , royality etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Lifting/Jacking of Superstructure for Bearing Replacement,Lifting of bridge superstructure by hydraulic jacks, including design of jacking arrangement, provision of temporary supports, staging, cribbing, monitoring instruments, load transfer, maintaining lifted position during bearing replacement, lowering of span, removal of temporary arrangements and all labour, T&P, equipment and incidental charges complete (excludng cost of Bearing) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position, true to line and level, forged steel roller bearing of specified load-bearing capacity conforming to IS 7666, IS 9565, IS 1030, IS 919, IS 3073 and IRS Bridge Code, including design (where required), manufacture, machining, testing, transportation, handling, loading, unloading, fitting and fixing complete with all accessories such as sole plates, bed plates, rollers, rocker assemblies, anchor bolts, guide arrangements, keeper plates and other appurtenances as per approved drawings and Technical Specifications, including all materials, labour, T and P, consumables and incidental charges complete. The raw material for forged components shall conform to Class 3, 3A or 4 of IS 1875, and the forged steel products shall conform to Class 3, 3A or 4 of IS 2004 and shall be normalized. The item shall include all necessary machining, heat treatment, dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing, shop assembly, surface preparation and protective painting/coating as specified. The contractor shall furnish manufacturers test certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports, heat-treatment records, dimensional inspection reports and quality assurance documents demonstrating compliance with the relevant specifications. The item shall be complete in all respects as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Unit Metric Tonne (MT) of approved load-bearing capacity.
