Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately) depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidential. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidential. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meter and binding materials at the rate of 0.08 cum (Zero point zero eight cubic meter) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –I 90mm to 45mm ( Ninety millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 100mm ( One hundred millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. ( Zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying the tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg/sqm. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broome as per technical specification clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lift as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with all leads and lift and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten ) @ 5.5% (five point five percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-20 (M- twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
