Construction of approach road from the downstream side (near the irrigation guest house) to the weir site of construction for supply and transportation of construction material, specialized machineries, mobile crane and other ancillary materials, complete with cost of machinery, labour, with or without bought out material

Cutting existing masonry piers by means of non- destructive techniques and disposing them safely upto 50 m away from the site of construction, including mobilization and demobilization of specialized machinery, skilled manpower and diesel genset, complete in all respect.

Construction of cofferdam on the upstream side to enable the construction work by isolating 1 bay of the weir, while diverting and discharging water in downstream from other bays. Cofferdam has to be constructed independently for each bay (i.e. 4 times)

Providing and fixing 25 mm Ø, 2.5 m long cold twisted deformed steel dowel bars with one end grouted into 50 mm Ø 750 mm deep hole drilled in existing masonry by non- destructive techniques – diamond core drilling and other end bent as L-bend for embedding in concrete, including cost of all materials, labours, machinery, drilling and cleaning holes and grouting with non-shrinking cementatious mortar, etc., complete in all respect

Providing and applying epoxy chemical compound on old surface of masonry for monolithic jointing of old masonry to new concrete complete including cleaning by water jet, drying and applying epoxy chemical compound, cost of all materials, machinery, skilled labour etc

Providing and laying M20 grade RCC design mix using graded aggregates clean, hard including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, leveling, vibrating, finishing curing etc complete with lead upto 50 m and all lifts excluding the cost of reinforcement bars.

Providing and laying in situ mechanically vibrated M-15 grade plain cement concrete with 40 mm metal in sub/super structure of dam its structure and other appurtenant works without surface reinforcement using approved clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, providing mortar layer for lift joints, batching, mixing, placing in position, leveling, vibrating, finishing, curing complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges.n

Providing and placing in position cold twisted steel and hot rolled deformed steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding etc. complete including cost of binding wire & skilled labour at site of construction

Dewatering from upstream side during concreting and installation of Top Hinged Automatic Gates, complete including cost of dewatering pump, diesel genset, labour, pipe lines.

Manufacturing, transportation & supply of embedded parts of top hinged automatic gates consisting of bottom and side frame assembly and upstream stopper built up of M.S. angles, channels, girders, flats, plates and heavy duty foundation bolts of relevant IS specification with comprehensive responsibility including straightening, cutting, bending, machining, drilling, electric arc welding, finishing and painting with 2 coats of non corrosive paints complete with, along with cost of jigs & fixtures, complete in all respect 150 Kg/ m2 of gate area (up to double the height of gate)

Manufacturing, transportation & supply of top hinged automatic gates consisting of ballast tank, baffle plate, downstream nose, side plates for rubber seal protection, inlet pipes, vents with siphon outlets (if required), decant overflow pipes, valve mechanism (if required), stainless steel side and bottom seal plate & heavy-duty pivot arm. Top hinged automatic gates built up of M.S. plates, flats, angles, channels, girders of relevant IS specifications with comprehensive responsibility including straightening, cutting, bending, machining, drilling, electric arc welding, finishing and painting with 2 coats of non corrosive epoxy paints including leak proof rubber seal of relevant IS specifications fitted with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers, along with cost of jigs & fixtures, complete in all respect. 13.5 m x 2.0 m x 4 No.

Manufacturing, transportation & supply of heavy duty trunion girders for top hinged automatic gates built up of M.S. plates, flats, angles, channels, girders, duly machined fitted with rust proof alloy steel bush/vesconite hi-lube, low friction, high strength, non-metallic bush and stainless steel axles as pins with compressive responsibility, including straightening, cutting, bending, machining, drilling, electric arc welding, finishing and painting with 2 coat of noncorrosive paints complete along with cost of jigs & fixtures, complete in all respect.

Manufacturing, transportation & supply of inspection-cum-walkway bridge of size 1.2 m wide (span more than 12 meters) with 5 mm chequered plate, angle, channel, girder, flat and railing pipes, including straightening, cutting, bending, machining, drilling, electric arc welding, finishing and painting with 2 coat of noncorrosive paints, along with cost of jigs & fixtures, complete in all respect.

Erection of embedded parts of top hinged automatic gates, heavy duty steel trestle column, top hinged automatic gates, heavy duty trunion girders, inspection-cum-walkway bridge, including mobilization and demobilization of skilled and semiskilled manpower, tools, tackles, DG set, fixtures and heavy duty telescopic mobile cranes for erection at site of construction, complete in all respects.

Drilling and Grouting bolts (Grade 8.8) for fixing heavy duty trestle column including mobilization and demobilization of equipment for drilling & grouting, skilled manpower at site of construction complete in all respects. 25 mm Ø 750 mm long
