Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terrace cleaning out wetting / grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 compolete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) over stone/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for preparing new surfaces and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of diluated self priming with reinforcing fabric sheet as per manufacturer instruction to stop leakage/ seepage from roof / wall complete all as specified and as directedc by Engineer- in- charge (Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for work in building /structure of any height.

Taking down steel tubing 15mm bore of pipe and connecting including away from site.

Supply and laying in repairs 15mm bore tubes galvanised steel medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings.

M&L for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5cum getting out returning and filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm.

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulders, and/or revited or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framed work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290Gde E-165.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of primer.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

S&F post and struts in fencing includung cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling koles notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, or reviting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh , size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads (diametre of neck 5 to 10mm) at one end and screw the other or screwd both ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long.

Taking down old existing roof treatment (APP Membrane and Plaster ) and removing out side MOD and cleaning of roof slab / chajja sweeping with brooms removing all loose materials debris etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on brick/ concrerte surfaces over one coat of primer.

Disconnecting existing tanks,(exc 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr) setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position ( cleaning repairing, etc measured paid seperately.

Taking down cement plastrering on stone masonry walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with wateretc,

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 150mm dia

Supply and laying, jointing 150mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware pipes grade 'A' incl testing and laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates incl packing under and haunching against the sides for 150mm internal dia SGSW pipes after they are laid and tested including demolition of old bed and pipes omplete all as specified and as directed. (thickness of concrete bed 100mm).

Demolition of pcc block or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragate) in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar, 1:6 complete

M&L for rendering 15mmthick in CM 1:4 on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work incl necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishes omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of manholes omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stoped ends etc omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/200mm dia pipes omplete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in in any type of soil omplete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes have been laid and tested) in soft/loose soil omplete all as specified and as directed.
