Experience in Key Activities: The Tenderer shall have executed following minimum Quantities of Works in one single Financial Year out of the five Financial Years (2020- 21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25): Earthwork 30,000 CumRCC 20,000 CumSteel Reinforcement 3,200 MTShuttering Materials 1,02,000 Sqm

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work : (i) availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and (ii) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.), for availability for this work are furnished.As per bid document

Assessed available tender capacity

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.375.00 Crores. Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2025-26

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 45 Crores (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks for meeting the funds requirements etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated flow for three months in the peak construction period).
