Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions,arches, pillars,etc,but excluding precast cement articles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built In cement mortar (1:6) using locally available best stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item 2 above but except stone ( stone shall be obtained from demolition under item No. 01 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar( 1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones, obtained from masonry of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work) and stone setts from pavings; stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All demolished materials shall be removed to outside MD land and unit rate quote accordingly.

M&L for Design mix cement concrete as in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including necessary formwork to side of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ thickness of concrete slab in 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 of type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agrregate as in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs or tiles or PCC tiles of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All demolished materials shall be removed to outside MD land and unit rate quote accordingly.

Dismantling of stone slabs or tiles or PCC tiles of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc and removing serviceable stone / paver to store complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand filling cushioning for interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

S&F for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer though vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand vibratory complete all as specified and as directed. Note-Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under Sch A item No 15.00 of respective item of BOQ.

Ditto all as per item No.16 above but except tiles /paver block (Paver/tiles shall be obtained from dismantling under respective items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as roof kerbs, mud stops etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplense reflector of mode No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old/new black top surface of road and applying one coat of reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white or yellow) 2 mm thick for longer durability and paint material shall be conforming to MOST (Min of surface transport) specification with applicator complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class AII of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair for Road safety convex mirror of dia 580 mm with frame made up of polycarbonate effective mirror having body ABS / fibre suitable for indoor/outdoor use, 130 degree viewing angle, model OS-790 of oscar safety solutions or equivalent in 3M, DARK EYE complete all as specified and directed.
