Maintaining 670 nos. Neem/Ashoka saplings within colony premises by engaging required Malies for doing watering using drip irrigation system, making pond around each sapling,de-chocking of nozzles, loosening of soil within pond area, removing and disposing unwanted grass/vegetation within pond area , keeping the developed area clean by collecting and disposing dried fallen leaves, supplying and spraying insecticides whenever required etc..,on daily basis including cost of insecticides, tools and tackles etc.., all complete and as directed by Engineer.

Maintaining 360 nos. newly planted Ashoka saplings within the colony premises by engaging required Malies for making pond around each sapling, loosening of soil within pond area, removing and disposing unwanted grass/vegetation within pond area, keeping the developed area clean by collecting and disposing dried fallen leaves, cutting the trees to ball shape once in three months, supplying and spraying insecticides whenever required etc..,on daily basis including cost of insecticides, tools and tackles etc.., all complete and as directed by Engineer.

Watering 360 nos. Ashoka saplings at various locations within colony premises in alternate days / whenever required by inter carting water through mechanical means having a tank of capacity 1000 liters (minimum) including hire charges for mini tanker etc.., all complete and as directed by Engineer.

Providing fertile earth and manures of approved brand / quality on actual requirement basis for carrying out horticulture related maintenance works including cost of transportation, stacking etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer 4.1) Red earth
