Demolition of Un- reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour RCC M30 (design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns,basement slabs, under reamed piles, pile caps and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete M30 (design mix) columns, pillars, piers ,posts and struts and the like complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour RCC M30 (design mix) as in beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations ( flat rough finished surfaces ) concrete, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, pile caps and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns for square ,rectangular or polygones and stanchions finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams(flat fair finished), beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 incl curved or ramped portions of hand rails to required shape or figure (curved, ramped or scroll portions only measured) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails, straining bolts, inlcuding securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.( Each line wire to be measured)

Taking down and re-fixing galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings with restraining resecuring incl making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs concertina coil of 1050mm diameter made out of 2.5mm dia spring steel core wire 275 G/m2 (minimum) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make in white colour, each coil having a minimum 56 loops per coil/ bundle with an average weight not less than 15.2 Kg (plus or minus 5%) razor length minimum 22mm & tear blade thickness mini 0.5mm including handle spikes at both ends of coil, errected in position on top of compound wall (stretchable length of each coil 7.0 m ) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour providing PCC solid blocks exc. 10cm in width type C1 1:3:6, 20mm graded aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 20 here-in-before but except blocks ( any Type of existing block ) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion ( Anti Fungal Nature ) paint of ( as approved/ required shade) of New work over a coat of exterior grade primer (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old distembered surfaces with complete removal of existing treated walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint ( Anti Fungal Nature ) of ( as approved/ required shade) of existing surface over a coat of exterior grade primer (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed
