Supply , Installation , commissioning and training to be provide by firm and no extra payment for this will be made by Railway.

Material will be purchase from OEM or Tender specification authorization from OEM. Otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.

Materials to be procured from sources having the satisfactory past performance of same/similar items as per clause no. 16.4 of Eastern railway General tender condition of contract.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by TPI before supply of the material.

Firm should supply Test certificate,Guarantee/Warranty of the Material as per IRS condition.

Warranty Condition:-Bank Guarantee towards Warranty obligation. For items like Machinery and Plant, Costly equipment, capital spares, the tenderer will have to furnish a warranty Bank Guarantee of 10% of Material value to cover their warranty obligation. The Format of the Warranty/Guarantee bond is annexed at Annexure 3.4. Bank Guarantees (BG) to be submitted by suppliers/contractors Page: 29 of 59 Eastern Railway, General Tender Condition (Revision-II) effective from 24th January 2022 should be sent directly to the concerned authorities by the issuing Bank under registered Post AD.

Material will be delivered at Consignee end.

G C / W C 36 months after delivery & 30 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier 2) other terms & condition is as per IRS 3) Mode of dispatch: By Road/Rail/Special Messenger.
