Provision for excavation in all type of soils for all types and sizes of foundation and drains including disposal of excavated stuff up to 50m lead and a lift up to 1.50m including and leveling pits and disposal stuff as directed

Provision for providing and laying mechanical mix plain cement concrete 1:3:6 with crushed stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering with 40mm nominal size graded aggregates m -7.5 in foundation and plinth

Provision for providing of stone masonry random rubble stone as per availability in lime mortar ratio in 1:1:1 (one unslaked lime, one surkhi first class, one corse sand) including Fixing of MS Grill over the wall at the time of Wall construction with all material, labour, T&P etc

Provision for providing recess pointing with use of traditional mortar (1:1:1) with natural additive of racked joints of boundary wall

Provision for supply of M.S. Grill with Angle iron in 50×50×6 mm & M.S. flat in 50×6 mm & square bar 20mm including provided Spike in 150mm including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approval steel primer as per given design including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Provision for providing and laying 40-50mm thick sand stone slab flooring over pathway & around the structure including rough/fine chiseling with provision of 20 mm bed mortar & pointing with (1:1:1) traditional mortar etc as direction of EIC

Provision for uprooting vegetation manually very carefully including injecting tree killer to avoid further damage to structure as per direction of EIC

provision for carriage of Scaffolding from Ratanpur to Chaitaurgarh

Provision for fixing of scaffolding by manual means including erection and dismantling before and after execution of work at the site

Provision for dismantling / taking out carefully the damaged/ out of plumb ancient Stone structure with very carefully to avoid any damage of ancient structure with the help of special T&P including supply of Materials, labours, T&P etc

Provision for sorting out the stone member from the vicinity of the area

Provision for restoration of ancient stone wall by masonry as veneering after dressing as end and side of the size stone detoriated due to weathering action in lime- sand mortar 1:1:1 mixing 1/8 apoxy properly as directed by EIC

Provision for core filling to the structure in lime- sand mortar 1:1:1 mixing with 1/8 apoxy properly as directed by EIC

Provision for Unseen expenditure during execution of work like purchase of chain pully, wire rope, iron chain, brackets hooks etc complete

Provision for providing unskilled labour for final clearance of site after execution of work including stacking of unused heavy stone, debris around the temple and structure etc

Provision for purchase and installation at site of readymade dustbins of Red sand stone of cylindrical shape in single block having top molding and depression as per design on extra surface fully open top outer top dia 580mm and height 750mm of required shape and design including Supply of All Materials, Labour and T&P etc

Provision for providing of sitting benches etc(providing and fixing of red sand stone benches having 4 legs of size 0.26 x 0.26 x 0.45 m with simple molding and 8cm thick red sand stone top size 1.50 x 0.60m as per design and matching to the existing pattern at the site etc

Provision for Supply and fixing of Drinking water kiosk with 25 Lph RO water Purifier and 40 Ltrs Water Cooler with all fixtures including fixing & supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc

Provision for providing and laying mechanical mix Lime Concrete with crushed Brick aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering with 20 mm nominal size graded aggregate m-7.5in foundation and plinth
