Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with 1100 Volts, grade 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable drawn through and including non metallic medium duty rigid PVC concealed conduit medium duty 20mm dia or higher size PVC conduit complete with all accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, bend, reducer etc including pressed iron/steel suction box of thickness 1.2 mm for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable green colour as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes including taking down existing unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as existing for the followings: NOTES : - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases by chase cutter in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using necessary accessories/fittings. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

One light point, controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with 2 single core wire for phase and neutral and one run of earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty FRLSH copper conductor multistranded drawing in and including 20 mm dia or higher medium duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories and fittings including one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable copper conductor multistranded as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete including cutting chases for conduits etc after taking out old unserviceable submain and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as existing for the followings sizes of wires all as directed. NOTE: (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. Supply and fix distribution board SPN 8 Way double door, for mounting MCBs isolator, ELCBs etc factory made fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral and earthing link and bus bar 100 Amps rating of IP 43 protection including making connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles/glands and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing surface including taking down existing unserviciable MCB DBs including MCBs complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix distribution board vertical Triple pole and neutral double door 415 Volt 4 way DBs IP-43 IK- 09 Vertical type suitable for 160 Ams rated bus bar & including one MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole as incoming including making connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles/glands and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing surface including taking down existing unserviciable MCB DBs including MCBs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- DB and MCCB/MCB shall be of same make.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 10 KA 40 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 10 KA 32 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 10 KA 6- 32 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 415 volt 10 KA 63 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised from 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C1, RCC pit cover , charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance less than 05 Ohm is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 mm dia earth lead and 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Material and labour for laying, jointing and testing in replacement underground XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty multistranded electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc and connecting with new aluminium lugs including taking out existing unserviceable of any size/ type complete for the following cables of cross sectional area all as directed: Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Material & labour for sub class B bricks well burnt of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm for protection of UG cable laid dry flat over the cable width wise across the length of the cable and abutting each other with gap less than 10mm between the adjacent bricks in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying GI tubing light grade with all fittings and accessories for protection of cables on ploe/ wall or under road crossings including clamps, nuts, bolts etc of size 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Attending internal Electric complaint in the blocks/lines/offices in the OTM Accn of Birpur due to any reason like no supply ,any fualt/complaints rectifications with supply & replacement of the following electric stores as mentioned in item No 139 to 143 here in after by trained person complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) This item shall be measured and paid only when store requirement for attending and resolving the complaint is NIL (b) Incase, stores are required to attend and resolve the complaint, this item will not be measured and payment to the contractor shall be done under relevant items from 139 to 143. (c) All T&P and safety tools required to above job are included in the unit rate. (d) Unit rates also include the conveyance and communication faicility is requried the complete the job.(e) The complaint register,complaint slips for each area/zone ,materials issue register for each complaint slips will be maintain by the contractor or rep/supervisor and daily produced all documrnts to the JE/MCM / AGE E/M (f) Materials will provided by the contractor through this contract & neccessary unserviceable or replaced items/unused items deposited back to complaint cell. unserviceable/ replaced items will be credited in the Sch of credit items.

Supply and fixing of fully diffused recessed mounted 2'x2' LED luminaire 36 Watt 6500K in White & grey housing with profiled & flat diffuser complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size including dismantling existing light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair capacitor 2.5 to 3.15 MFD as per existing capacity of 240 volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 96595.50 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 35 & 36 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
