Excavating in trenches by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator), n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m for foundation, or for manholes,shafts,wells and getting out in all kind of soil/disintegrated/ ordinary rocks etc complete all as directed and as specified

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement motar including cement concrete bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed 150mm int dia of pipe complete all as specificed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm int dia of pipe complete all as specificed

M&L for Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade `A` of 150mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 to make all joints leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rough cast plaster including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surface all as specified in SSR Part -1 clause 14.22 complete all as specified & directed. Note : Rough cast plaster finish shall be as follow :- After applying the under coat in cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggreagte (Which is generally of size between 6mm to 12mm depanding on the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure the larger aggregate are throughly covered.

M & L for preparation of plastered / unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
