Material & Labour for preparing old rusted surface of steel tubular pole by means of sand paper/scrubbing of dust etc and apply one coat of red oxide on surface of poles and applying two coats of silver paint on Pole and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 100mm high letters over 150mm x 150mm black base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermoplastic cable junction box for street lights of size 205mm x 255mm x 112mm including bus bar/terminal for cable connection with IP-66 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Hensel Cat No.DK 2525 G or its equivalent in Legrand /sintex

Material & Labour for bore Earthing 150mm bore for Earthing with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 3 metres length, top edge of GI pipe 15 cm above GL, connected with Earthing lead of 25mm x 4mm GI strip to the Earthing test point and filling of charcoal dust, salt etc and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable Earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: IR Value should be less than 5 Ohms. Note: GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 including installation 7.5 Mtr and taking down old unserviceable Earthing is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Material & Labour for Dehydration/Filtration of transformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

Disconnecting the transformer of capacity 315 KVA from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing in repair PP-R Ball valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site for 32mm dia bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air release valve 100mm dia CI fitting with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling mono-block pump set centrifugal type of cap 25/20 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting of electric connection, suction and delivery line, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete, dismantling pump set for overhauling, replacing u/s shaft sleeve, gland packing, bush, water seal, applying grease etc and re-assembling the complete pump after repairs and replacement of parts as required, re-fixing the same at site incl. electric and piping connections complete, checking for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling open well type mono-block pump set of cap 5/7.5/10 HP 3 Phase from site after disconnecting of electric connection and delivery line, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge re-fixing the same at site including . Electric and piping connections complete, checking for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Maintenance of Solar Power Plant installed at roof top of Adm block of capacity 90 KW and 60 KW installed at roof top of PRT building cleaning of all solar panel by water spray properly dusting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Checking of existing pipeline from Jhakar Patia Pump house to ICGS Vadinar underground sump any leakage of water supply in the pipe line will repair of existing DI/GI pipe line and Air release valve by using jointing material like Sheets, nuts bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Items like Sheet, nuts bolts and washers are deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Repair/Maintenance of GI/PPR pipe line of size 50/40/32/25/20 mm dia distribution system including fittings laid in Wall/ceiling/floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
