REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO OTM ACCN IN ARMD REGT, MECH BDE AND SIG COY UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (ARMY) No.1 JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (including cutting of reinforcement) .in any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for andremoval unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete , 1:3:6 solid building blocks type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) not exceeding 10cm thick ,setting in 1:6 cement mortar, complete, in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing broken tiles and removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm as per IS 13712 Grade II(a) over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match on vertical surfaces as in dado (colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for10mm thick vitrified ceramic double charged dark shade tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm,(size of tile 600x600mm) each in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic double charged dark shade tiles (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm ,on vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.
