Charpoy GI Pipe : FD 220
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply top from Charpoy GI Pipe and tightening of all loose components, supply and fixing new ply wood 1980x900x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade IS: 303 as approved by GE, duly sharp the all corners with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and bolts of 6mm dia compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Removing the old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of the charpoy frame, check nuts and elbow as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and supply & fixing of new ply top having 4x rounded corners and size 1980x900x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade, IS: 303 as approved by GE, fixed with suitable machine screw & washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of approriate size complete all as directed.
(iii) Removing the old unserviceable and broken flate iron stiffener size 900x25x4mm and S&F new flate iron stiffener of size 900x25x4 mm duly primer coated and two coat of black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
(iv) Taking down old down u/s long rails of charpoy and S&F new long rails of 32mm nominal bore GI Pipe medium grade both ends threaded of make SWASTIK/PRAKASH/JINDAL/TATA. Acomplete all as specified and directed.
(v) Taking down the old u/s short rails of charpoy and fixing only rails retrived under sertial No iii (long rail) here in before with and including cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed (Note old and u/s long rails converted into two short rails)
(vi) Taking down the old u/s legs of charpoy and fixing only legs made out from old short rails retrived under item No iv herein before with and including cutting threading at one end complete all as specified and directed (Not : old and u/s short rails will be coverted into Nos of legs)
(vii) Taking out of u/s and broken existing elbow 3 way from the charpoy and S&F new elbow 3 way of 32mm bore dia, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
(viii) Taking out old unserviceable and broken existing checknuts from the charpoy and S&F new checknuts from the charpoy of 32mm before of medium weight complete all as specified and directed.
(ix) Taking out old unserviceable/ broken existing MNF clamps and S&F new conduit clamps made from 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, two coat of black colour over a coat of red oxide primer, welded to legs as per existing. Rest all as per drawing complete.
Charpoy Double Bunk with hard top: FD-GE(W)/01/2015
(a) Removing the old unserviceable plywood top from Chaproy Double bunk and S&F new ply wood 1930x860x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade IS: 303 as approved by GE, fix with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia with suitable size compete all as specified and directed.
(b) Removing u/s particle board of side and S&F new MDF board side of required size as per drawing and as specified
(c) Removing u/s particle board of head & foot rest and S&F new MDF board head & foot rest of required size as per drawing and as specified
(d) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(e ) Ceaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish complete
(f) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
Charpoy steel Iron: FD/MAP-II/01
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply top from Chaproy steel Iron and S&F new ply wood 1930x860x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade IS: 303 as approved by GE, fixed with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia with suitable size compete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish complete.
(iii) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(iv) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
Bed Hard Steel: FD/E6/MAP/08/R
(i) Removing the old unserviceable ply from Bed hard steel Iron and S&F new ply wood 1980x850x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade IS: 303 as approved by GE, fix with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and botls of 6mm dia and PVC edging (25x25mm) shall be placed around the ply complete all as specified and directed.
(ii) Replacment of u/s hard rubber shoe of best quality as approved .
(iii) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from head rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of exterior grade of size 630x200x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.
(iv) Removing the old unserviceable pre-laminated particle board from foot rest of bed hard steel and S&F the new MDF pre-laminated board of extterior grade of size 630x280x18mm with PVC edging of size 25x25mm around the board.
(v) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various type abrasive cloth emery and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide primer up to a glossy finish complete.
(vi) Removing of dents& bends then welding wherever required . Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/ WITHOUT ARMS : FD 75
(a) Providing MS flat iron 20 x 4 mm of 600 mm long painted with olive green/black duly drilled holes of 3 mm for screwing purpose and fixing through continuous welding to under side of seat frame for fixing of seat complete.
(b) Replacement of unserviceable hard wood seat frame of Chair steel with arm with 1st class hard wood(sheesam/teak) seat frame of overall size 455x410mm containing each arm of size 25mm thick & 50mm wide. , well finished duly polished with black colour. The holes for canning shall be @ 12.5mm c/c and canning with plastic cane 2 mm wide, white half round for canning and 3 mm for edging as approved to be used. The canning shall be as per the Godrej pattern. The frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete.
(c ) All as specified in item No (b) above but back rest frame for Chair CB steel with arm of size 455x 380 mm.
(d) All as specified in item No (b) above but for Chair CB steel without arm seat frame of size 430x 380 mm.
(e ) All as specified in item No (b) above but for Chair CB steel without arm back rest frame of size 365x 380 mm
(f) Replacement of unserviceable rubber caps for top end side of MS pipe 25 mm dia of chair CB steel as required and as directed.
(g) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes of chair CB steel as per existing one.
(h) Replacement of unserviceable arms rest of 1st class hard wood (Shisham/teak) as per drawing, well finished and shall be polished in a glossy black finished shade as directed.
(i )Removing unserviceable cane plastic from the seat frame/back frame of any type of steel Chairs like Chair CB steel with arms/Chair CB without arm. Recanning the all types of wooden frame with plastic cane 2 mm wide half round for canning and 3 mm for edging. The canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern. After canning the frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete as per drawing.
(j) Cleaning all steel surfaces of various steel Chairs like Chair CB steel with arms/Chair CB without arm thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery various sizes and putty as required as per trade practice and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer by means brush to a glossy finished shade all as specified and directed.
(k) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/ WITHOUT ARMS : FD 75

(g) Replacement of old u/s hand board and S&F new hand board of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of size 300x585mm with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws complete as per drawing.
(h) Replacement of unserviceable & deficient 20mm dia MS rod welded to 25mm dia MS rod duly two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to fix the hand board complete.
(i) Removing unserviceable cane plastic from the seat frame/back frame of Chair writing steel godrej/ steel chair with writing board. Recanning the wooden frame with plastic cane 2 mm wide half round for canning and 3 mm for edging. The canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern.After canning the frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete as per drawing.
(j) Cleaning all steel surfaces of chair writing steel godrej/ steel chair with writing board thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery various sizes and putty as required as per trade practice and applying two coats of existing paint (1st grade paint) over a coat of red oxide primer by means brush to a glossy finished shade all as specified and directed.
(k) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR CBA SPACIAL WITH HAND REST : FD 120 M
(a) Replacement of unserviceable hard wood seat frame of Chair CBA spacial with hand rest with 1st class hard wood(sheesam/teak) seat frame of size 25mm thick & 50mm wide as per drawing ,well finished and duly polished. The holes for canning shall be @ 12.5mm c/c and canning with plastic cane 2 mm wide, white half round for canning and 3 mm for edging as approved to be used. The canning shall be as per the Godrej pattern. The frame to be fixed with the steel tubular frame with suitable machine screws complete.
(b) All as specified in item No (b) above but back rest frame for Chair CBA spacial with hand board.
(c ) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes as per existing one.
(d) Replacement of old u/s hand rest and S&F new hand of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of required shape & size as per drawing with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws complete as per drawing.
(e ) Removing unserviceable cane plastic from the seat frame/back frame of Chair CBA spacial with hand rest. (f) Cleaning all steel surfaces of chair CBA spacial with hand rest thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery various sizes and putty as required as per trade practice and applying two coats as per existing (1st grade paint) over a coat of red oxide primer by means brush to a glossy finished shade all as specified and directed.
(g) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR SCHOOL W/HAND BOARD : FD-E6/MAP/05
(a) Replacement of old u/s hand board and S&F new hand board made of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated teak faced MDF board of size 300x585mm with PVC edging all round the top & fixed with suitable screws complete.
(b) Replacement of unserviceable & deficient 20mm dia MS rod welded to 25mm dia MS rod duly two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to fix the hand board complete.
(c ) Removing one piece of PVC seat & back from Chair school with hand board and S&F a new PVC seat & back ISI Marked.Make: Nilkamal/ Cello/ Italica.
(d) Replacement of unserviceable rubber shoes as per existing one.
(e )Cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and apply putty as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer of required shade as approved by the spray painting to all steel surfaces up to a glossy finished shade as directed.
(f) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
CHAIR VERANDAH : FD-359 & FD- 256
(a) M&L for removing unserviceable plastic cane from the chair verandah and reweaving of seat & back of chair verandah steel with white plastic cane 4mm wide and 0.5mm thick closely knitted/canning with and including 4 Nos hard rubber shoe of each chairs shall also be provided to the legs of chair including removing dents / bends wherever required and cleaning all steel surface thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and applying putty as required as per trade pattern and painting the steel chair verandah frame with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Ladder : FD- 403/ 238/44(M) : M&L for replacement of following unserviceable parts of Ladder all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All fixing and finishing, welding etc shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship, drawings and as directed
(a) S&F new 25mm dia MS conduit rung as per approved by GE.
(b) Electric arc welding upto 10 mm long to the MS conduit pipe joints as required and as directed.
(c ) Removing dents and bends wherever required and cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and putty as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black to all exposed steel surfaces by spray painting up to a glossy finished shade complete.
Scraping and removing of old polished surface by using fine sand paper, Grinder ,abbressive cloth emery paper and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish (charcoal) on exposed surface to achieve high class finish as per existing shade, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge for the following wooden furniture items :-.

(b) Replacement of u/s castor and S&F castor of 50mm dia of swivel type as per drawing.
(c ) Cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and apply putty as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ivory white/ light blue as approved by GE) 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer of required shade by the spray painting to all steel surfaces up to a glossy finished shade as directed.
(d) Removing the dents , bends and welding wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
TABLE OFFICE CLERK (type I) 1500x750x750mm: HFD-2051
(a) Replacement of unserviceable Table top of size 1500x750x750mm made of 18 mm thick MDF Prelaminated board of exterior grade as approved by GE, including 6 mm thick teak wood edging duly polished to be provided to all around the table top complete.
(b) Complete Table drawer with drawers made out of using two 'C' frames of cross section 62x14x1 mm thick as per drawing. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(c ) Complete key board tray with tray made out of 1.2mm prime quality CRCA steel of tray size 520x330mm as per drawing. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(d) Hard rubber shoes of best quality as approved.
(e ) Hard plastic handle of drawer of best quality.
(f) Electric Arc welding upto 1 cm long to steel joints/surfaces of any description all as required and as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer complete.
(g) Removing dents and bends wherever required including welding and cleaning all steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and putty as required and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer as approved by spray painting to all steel surfaces up to a glossy finished shade as directed.

(a) Replacement of unserviceable glass of 3mm thick as approved by GE, including complete fitting as per trade practice and shown on drawing. Rest all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(b) Replacement of unserviceable iron cleat stopper of size 20x10mm , including complete fitting as per trade practice and shown on drawing. Rest all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(c ) Replacement of Drawer lock of mild steel 50 mm, 6 lever of best quality with duplicate keys as approved by GE. Rest all as per drawing complete.
(d) Cleaning the all steel surfaces by using various types of abrasive cloth emery, filling with putty and spray painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint Olive Green 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer to internal surfaces including shelves and external surfaces up to a glossy finish complete.
(e ) Removing of dents and bends wherever required including welding where required as per trade practice.
