Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M&L for lifting of defective submersible pump motor set of any size from bore wells including dismantling and taking out column pipes of any size & length alongwith submersible cable, nut&bolts etc; and lowering the pump set after carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts , nut bolt rubber packing etc all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Spares for repairs/rewinding of pump and motor will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Costs of all necessary Lath work & T&P required at site and transportation is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motors AC, 3 phase, 440 volt with superior quality PVC insulated copper submersible winding wire of identical gauge and specification of the existing winding wires with all necessary insulating materials including one coat of water proof epoxy paint to the exteriors of motor and testing complete all as specified of following capacities :-

Supply only in repair of motor bush upper and lower suitable for submersible motor of any size / capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair rotor bearing sleeve upper and lower suitable for submersible motor of any size / capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair sand guard suitable for submersible pump set any size/capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair of submersible motor thrust plate assembly complete suitable for :-

Supply and fixing motor coupler sleeve with key suitable for submersible pump sets of any size/capacity completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out repair to submersible pump after dismantling the assembly complete for replacement of worn out spares such as stage bowls, impellers, pump shaft, sleeves, bushes etc; including filling, turning & polishing works to pump shaft, GM impellers if necessary, reassembling the pump after repairs and testing complete including applying a coat of water proof epoxy paint to the external surfaces of pump all as specified and directed of following capacity :- (Note : Any spares requires to be replaced will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for opening up unserviceable electric induction motor, 3 phase AC 440 Volts, cutting and removing the burnt winding coils complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor wires of appropriate size as per the existing gauge all necessary insulating materials, varnishing, dryining etc including refixing in position , connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed at site for the following capacity :-

(A) Supply and installation with testing complete of Digital Water Level Indicator Device (150mm, Digit Display make "SECO" Type -DDS-6) Operating on Single phase supply, direct display in 150mm size digit system in meter/Centimeter of water level of Sumps/Over Head Tank ensuring alaram while water fall or rise at predetermined limit,1 Minute auto Off alarm. (B) The entire unit must operate through a compact electric circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volts +/- 5% with reliable in digit display % alarm at low & High level of SUMPS/Over Head Tank. (C) The circuit must be housedin M.S CRC sheet box with nylon moulded connection steps. The levelsystem must resistence transducer, which uneffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch (Should not be sensor sysytem). (D) The whole unit must electronically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO SWITCH. The complete unit must be in two parts. Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC Sheet box separately one must be installed at Sumps/Over head tank and secind at Pump House wit Proper powder coating paints. (E) The required flexible copper cable of 0.5 Sqmm, 3 core size from SUMP/Over Head Tank to Pump House, approx meter to provide for connection the both unit.

M&L for construction of valve chamber in replacement 900 x 900 x 900 mm internal dimensions, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces including dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the RCC over head reservoirs of following capacity located at different places at Solmara by emptying the reservoirs, and taking down the scale and other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scrapping and brushing with wire brush, applying one coat of bleaching powder slurry and allowing to dry and then washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water including applying one coat of white wash on internal surface of reservoirs, removal of manhole covers and refixing the same on the tanks after cleaning. The details of tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel white paint on black back ground with letter size 10 cm and black background of size 30 x 30 cm all as specified and directed.

(a) For capacity 1.00 lakh Gln up to 21 mtr height.

(b) For capacity 0.25 to 0.50 lakh Gln up to 18 mtr height.

M&L for cleaning the Steel over head reservoirs of 0.1 lakh Gln capacity located at different places at Solmara/Haleshwar by emptying the reservoirs, and taking down the scale and other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scrapping and brushing with wire brush, applying one coat of bleaching powder slurry and allowing to dry and then washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water includingprimer coating and painting. The details of tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel white paint on black back ground with letter size 10 cm and black background of size 30 x 30 cm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of Exterior emulsion weather coated paint of suitable colour on all external surfaces of RCC overhead reservoir capacity 1.0 lakh Gallons up to 21 mtr staging including preparation of old surface afterscrapping complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All the safety tools, swings, scaffolding etc required for the work is to be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted shall deemed to include in the item.

All as per item 53 above but for over head reservoir 0.25 to0.50 lakh Gallons capacity up to 15 metre staging complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of complete Pressed Steel tank of length 4.88 mtr, Breath 3.66 Mtr and hight 2.44 Mtrs (External & Internal surfaces) including staging with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on outer surface after preparation up to 18 mtrs staging complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for draining out water from sedimentation tank, filter bed, filtered water tank of 40000 Glns capacity after opening sluice valves, plugs etc and cleaning the walls / bottom surface with the help of wire brushes and other cleaning device to remove sludge and cleaning with water for making ready to paint the surface masonry/mettalic complete all as specified and directed. (PH No 7A, 8 & 10) Note- cleaning of sedimation tank will be carryout twice in entire period of contract.

Labour for draining out water from sedimentation tank, filter bed, filtered water tank of 20000 Glns capacity after opening sluice valves, plugs etc and cleaning the walls / bottom surface with the help of wire brushes and other cleaning device to remove sludge and cleaning with water for making ready to paint the surface masonry/mettalic complete all as specified and directed. (PH No 7B & 9) Note- cleaning of sedimation tank will be carryout twice in entire period of contract.

Supply only Calcium based white/off white free flowing granular disinfectant chlorination chemical having 65% to 70% chlorine decomposing at 177 degree centigrade, molecular weight 142.98, toxicity-oral rate LD 50.850 mg/kg in 45 Kgs packing complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder in 25 Kg bags conforming to the following specifications: - (a) Bulk Density/specific Gravity at 20 Degree Celcius: 0.75 + 0.10 (b) PH Value of aqueous solution (w/v): 3.5 – 5.0 (1%) (c) Chloride content (w/w): 31.0% + 2.0% (d) Sulphate content: 10 % (Max) (e) Basicity: 40.0 + 5.0 (f) Mercury & Lead: Not Desirable.

Supply only Alum ferric Grade-I in 20 Kg pieces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of stainless steel overhead tank cover with frame ,with locking arrqngement made out of angle iron 40 x5 mm and MS sheet of existing size with welding of holdfast , hinges with fixing arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out old U/S complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of ladder for OHT and sedimentaion tank with locking/fixing arrangement made out of angle iron 5of suitable size including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out old U/S complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cleaning of all type of vegetation and drain in Pump house area complete all as directed Note:- Chemical for vegetation and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided by contractor. Cleaning of pump house area will be carryout in each two month in entire period of contract.
