Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m(one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre)on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,(one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m(fifty metres),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty milimetres) nominal size) ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form in, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete with all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards with all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point fuve coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm( twenty milimetres) nominal size) ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm.(twenty milimetres) nominal size) ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts with G.I pipe 100 mm(one hundred milimetres) dia as per drawings and technical specification ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m.(one point five metre) transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m (One thousand metre)as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia G.I.wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x100 mm .(hundred into hundred milimetres)mesh (woven diagonally) incuding 10%(Ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulder weighing not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilograms) each as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1301 ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling behind abutment,wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weapholes in brick/stone/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing walls,return wall with 100 mm.(hundred milimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawings face complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
