Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dressed seasoned Sal Wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in trusses, purlins, frames of doors windows, ventilators and beams including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

32mm piasal wood or local teak wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc. fited and fixed complete in all respect. But excluding the cost of iron fittings including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubbing old marbal chips tile floor and dado skirting including wax polishing to giv granotic finisher including cost of all materials, labour required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Marble in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the marble including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats including cost of all materials, labour required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
