Clearing light Jungle on road side including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling and levelling , intercarting the conveyed earth within a lead of 23 KM , including necessary excavation and cost of earth, loading in trucks properly with a safer manner and transporting to the required site and unloading at required location , spreading in layers of 200 mm thick, breaking of clots , removal of foreign materials, / lumps / unwanted vegetation etc., watering, consolidation to the required compaction, including necessary field tests to be carried out as applicable as per IS standards etc., all complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

Providing Pre – Constructional Anti – Termite Treatment and creating a Chemical Barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, footings, column pits, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. Retaining / side walls, external perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining / side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer and all as directed. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position plain cement concrete precast kerb slab of size 600mm x 325mm x 165mm in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, three sand and six jelly) using 20mm HBG stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of kerb stone, finishing, curing, fixing and pointing the joints with CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) to full depth of kerb stone etc., all complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in all stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, Stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 meter and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification (including refilling)

Supplying and laying Interlocking Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block 83mm thick terracotta colour or grey colour paver block with M40 grade cement concrete using 6mm chips including levelling the base preparation of sub base, laying out the paver, cut the places to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers and sweeping the sand (grouting) and transportation charges loading and unloading charges, laying charges etc., all complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight Jelly) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation concrete etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including dewatering wherever necessary well rammed, consolidated etc. complete complying including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing, laying, compacting ,curing with all leads of soft potable water with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and Laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for foundation concrete etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including dewatering wherever necessary well rammed, consolidated etc. complete complying including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing, laying, compacting ,curing with all leads of soft potable water with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (in all heights and all depths)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 Kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (0.5 cu.m.) 773 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.33 cu.m.) 515.6 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.479 cu.m') 767 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open/sliding/fixed as per drawing) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Erecting Manually Operated Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. Supplying and fixing mild steel grills for windows, ventilators verandah enclosure, ladder and gate as per the design approved including one coat of primer and labour for fixing in position etc. all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officials. (The design of grill should be got approved from the departmental officials before use)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all Floors including cost of priming coat etc, all complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "the departmental" officers.. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officials before use on works.)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 1000mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.50mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. Supply of Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (ESEAT). Model: L The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body made up of AISI 316 grade of height 0.50 metres capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal is non-radioactive and requires no special licensing. The unit is fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply is required), collects energy from the ambient electric field.
