Dismantling barbed wire, fencing wire mesh any type including removing all shrubs, vegetation trees etc around the working site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as directed & specified.

M&L preparing newly plastered or pointed surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as in fencing post and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1 set in CM 1:6 as in landing, cover slabs and like, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
