Dated 01-01-2022 onwards registred A/C vehcile (as per Tender document) R.C Book, Insurance Documents, Tax paid Details of Ownership of Vehicles, Emission test copy, Driver Licence with photo, Authroized PSV Badge certificate

Yellow board registration copy of vehicles provided for service

Travel Registration Certificate copy issued by Transport or Tourism Department

Vehicle provided B extract (obtained from RTO) copy

The bidder should submit a valid Trade license copy obtained from the local bodies (from Competent Authority/ Municipality/ Town Panchayat/ BBMP etc.)

Submission of Declaration as per Annexure-3 of Tender document along with signature of the bIdder

The bidder should submit a notarized stamp paper of Rs.500/- for non-blacklisting in Government and other organizations.

Provide GST registration certificate and copies of GST clearance certificate for the year 2024-25, 2025-26 and 2026-27 till June-2026.

Annual turn over certificate & Balance sheet attested by CA for any 3 years (Financial Year: 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Provide Pan card copy and Income tax returns details of any 3 years (Financial Year: 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 or 2025-26)

Bidders offering vehicles of other ownership shall attach a copy of the agreement with the original owner of service provided cars.
