REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AND ALLIED WORKS AT DRAS STATION AND SPL REPAIR OF MISC ITEMS OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF VARIOUS UNITS AT KARGIL AND BUDHKHARBU UNDER GE KARGIL

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning ,Before laying the cable, the trench shall be provided with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and the cable has been properly straightened, it shall be covered with sand to a depth of 15 cm , then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable and punning shall be done by hand all as specified and as directed.

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, conforming to class LV, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Taking up or down u/s steel tubing and connections for removal to store 40/50 mm or above

Supply and Fix GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid intrenches/under road crossing etc. all as specified and as directed of following sizes.

M& L in replacement of boring of holes under road pavment/hard standing by manual boring including making good to the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old U/S UG cable of any size.

M & L LT UG cable 2 core x 16 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Excavation earth work and sand cushioning brick protectionand connected work etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

All as per Item No 10. but for 3.5 core x 50 Sqmm

Earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and steel earth wire complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule 2009 (Pt-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified including testing on completion.

S&F in replacement of Arrester lighting LT lightening arrester for outdoor use, non liner resister type,horn gap and choking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 Volts

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any type any size.

S&F in repair ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/1/2.59 for LT line (0.433 kv), straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F ACSR conductor or service feeder distribution span and S&F in repair ACSR conductor of (Rabbit) 6/1/3.35 for HT line (11 kv), straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 83,194.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
