AMC for housekeeping works at Mega Sports Complex Khelgaon, Hotwar, Ranchi for two years under JSSPS.

Item Description/ Heading

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of public buildings & other places neatly with materials like floor detergent/ liquid floor cleaner like lizol or equivalent/bleaching powder/white phenyl,mopping cloth,wiper etc. all complete with tools, tackles,consumables to make the floor clean & hygenic Including providing proper dress / uniform for workers as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning and dusting of door shutters including chowkhats, window grills, glass panels, table tops, cupboards etc. with dusting and vacuum cleaning of stadium chairs, office and conference hall chairs, floor carpet, wooden flooring, wall panelling and curtains in acoustic works etc. of public buildings, other places all complete with tools, tackles and consumables like colin/ equivalent, duster/cloth etc. with proper uniform(dress) for all workers as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of general/common toilet including cleaning of floors, skirting & dado, WC Pan (Indian European type), wash basins, shelves, mirrors and other fittings, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids/harpic or equivalent, deodrants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean and hygienic and providing naphthalene balls in wash basins & urinals etc. all complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC.(Including providing proper dress / uniform for workers)

Cleaning of toilet attached with hostel rooms, office chambers etc. including cleaning of floors, skirting & dado, WC Pan (Indian European type), wash basins, shelves, mirrors and other fittings, if any, by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids/harpic or equivalent, deodrants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean and hygienic and providing naphthalene balls in wash basins & urinals complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC. (For community & service buildings) (Including providing proper dress / uniform for workers)

Cleaning all types of roofs including removal of dry leaves, weeding and cleaning drain holes, brooming etc. all complete with tools and tackles and consumables along with stacking the garbage to specified place with proper uniform (dress) for workers as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Brooming and cleaning of all roads within the premises of service building and other places as required with all tools and tackles and consumables and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of EIC. (Including providing proper dress / uniform for workers)

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck sludge through trolley or other arrangements to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 1KM complete with all tools & tackles as per instruction of EIC. Above 600mm wide

Supplying labours, tools and tackles for cleaning filled and choaked man hole, septic tank, inspection-chamber, gullay pits, sewerage tank etc. in all lift and disposal of spoils upto a lead of 50M all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.
