EQUIPMENT:- VRV Outdoor Unit:- SITC of Air Cooled VRV/VRF units with scroll Compressor capable of modulating capacity ,i,e it should be able to vary speed of the compressor as per the varying load conditions and works on R410A with heating & cooling both.The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed from rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish.The outdoor unit shall have multiple scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor. Each ODU should have 100% Multiple Inverter Compressors . Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. Variable refrigerant flow modular type air- conditioning system suitable for Cooling/Heating by inverter driven capacity control compressor Outdoor unit having minimum COP at 100% Load to be 3.9 and at 50% Load to be 5.5 at 35 deg. Outside ambient conditions. Outdoor Units of bigger cacpacities>20HP shall be given preference. Make Daikin, Mitsubishi Elect, Samsang, Votas, Hitachi, Toshiba, Blue Star or any equivalent make. PIPING AND VALVES:- Refrigerant Piping Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF system etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the consultant in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRF system. Standard make I.S.I. as approved by the Engineer in Charge of work.

Control Cabling:- Providing & fixing control cum transmission wiring/ Control Cabling of 2 core x 1.0 sq. mm copper in suitable conduits between indoor and out door unit & indoor unit & its remote controller.
Cable Tray for all ODU power cable works from Min Panel to each ODU units
Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required complete in respect
Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in respect
Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.
Annual Maintenance of Cost.:- Providing comprehensive maintenance for a period of five years including one year warranty bound from date of commissioning & handing over of the equipment to the owner as certified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall guarantee the equipment against all effects of materials and workmanship for the period of 5 years, including the compressor. Any effects arising during this comprehensive maintenance period shall be rectified and made good by the vendor at his own risk and cost to the satisfaction owner the contractor will provide sufficient No of service/ operator team (available 12 hours) along with the service spares during the guarantee ( defect) period at site. Any defects, including drain, arising will be attended with in 24 hours. The rates coated by the contractor shall be complete including cost of all labour and material etc
