M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white washing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (including wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old surface finishes of walls including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and 1.5mm thick wall care putty including filling of nail holes/disturbed surface by cementious wall care putty all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treated surface and applying one coat of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint at any storey, including provn and removal after use, of necessary scaffolding, complete all all as specified and as directed. (Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding for high rise buildings of any height with necessary safety arrangements)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on internal walls and preparation of surface by applying a layer of 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and and applying two coat of interior plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old treated surface of existing treatment on external surfaces of wall and applying one coat cement based paint on wall as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any descriptions not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
