SUPPLY OF OUTSOURCE DRIVERS TO SWM SECTION OF CMC SIDLAGHATTA

Satisfactorily completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of supply of water supply labours etc., (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies ) and the contract amount of Rs 46.64 lakhs (Contractor should submit the document that should be within lastfive Financial Years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 respectively)

The Tenderer should have registered at Karnataka Labour Department or any other state or Centre government labour supply registration authorities

Copy of EPF Registration Certificate and Certificate from Regional Provident Fund Commissioner regarding payment of EPF or Payment challans for last 1 financial year (2025-26)

Copy of ESI Registration Certificate and Certificate from ESI Deputy Director regarding successful payment of ESI or Payment challans for Last 1 financial year 2025-26

The Tenderer should have in his/Firm name Registered GST Certificate

Payment will be made as per the financial condition of the ULB, successful contractor should pay the workers payment within 5th of every month and ESI PF as per the norms without waiting ULB Payment. For this contractor should produce commitment letter in notarised stamp paper of Rs.100.00

The Tenderer should have achieved turn over equal to the estimate cost (quoted value Rs 93.28lakhs) in any two years of the last five Financial Years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 respectively. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Annual Turnover certificate duly certified by The Chartered Account along with UDIN number the Filed Copies of Income Tax Returns for the last five financial years

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.27.99 Lakhs(Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

To qualify award of this contract Tenderer should Submit the Individual/Firm/Company Registration Certificates issued by The Competent Authority
