Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry and all saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly dressed and levelled including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand : eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) as per specification and curing complete but including cost of form work in all work up to plinth level including all heights/depths including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand:four graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) as per specification and curing complete but including cost of form work in all work up to plinth level including all heights/depths including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings balconies and access platform and the like floor upto any thickness upto all floor levels.

In edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under any width/ height upto all floor level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, Reinforced cement concrete mechnically mixed vibrated design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work to obtained minium crushing strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty five ) Newton per millimetres square) with minium cement contents not less then 400Kg/Cum (Four hundred killogramme per Cubic metres) using cement content as per approved design mix and curring complete, including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Twisted steel/deformed TMT steel bars Fe 500D made of SAIL/TISCO/ TATA/SHYAM/RINLsteel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding in foundation complete including the cost of binding wire all complete above plinth level upto all floor levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class half brick masonry common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) all complete above plinth level upto all floor levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand : Twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and curing complete upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
