Balance work of Construction of RCC Retaining Wall Around OB Dump of J Area Mining of Bolani Ores Mines.

• The Tenderer should have successfully completed Civil job(s) involving Building Works / RCC retaining wall/ Bridge/ Culvert/ Drains of the values given below in any Govt Organization/ PSU/ Public Limited Company during last 07 (Seven) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

a) At least three (3) works as mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 145.64 Lakhs each.

OR

b) At least two (2) works mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 182.05 lakhs each.

OR

c) At least one (1) works mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs 291.28 lakhs.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility.

a. Copy of Work order / contract copy/ purchase order issued by the employer in the name of the tenderer. In case of sub-contractor copy of permission for the engagement of tenderer as sub-contractor from Principal Employer will be required additionally.

b. Copy of Job Completion certificate/ Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate issued by the employer for work/ works.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2024 should not be less than Rs.109.23 Lakhs.

Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility

a) Copies of Audited annual financial reports / Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account/ turnover certificate for the last three financial years ending 31.03.2024.

- The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

• i) SAIL reserves the right to verify any supporting document(s) submitted by a participating tenderer/ bidder from its source (document issuing authority).

ii) In the interest of expeditious completion of verification, a participating tenderer/bidder shall provide a list of each supporting document on its letter-head as per ‘Annexure-S” along with the contact details (Postal address, email address, landline/ mobile number) of the issuing authority of each supporting document for verification.

iii) Non-verification of any supporting document or information, at the sole discretion of SAIL, does not absolve the tenderer/ bidder of its responsibility to provide only genuine documents(s) in support of eligibility conditions.

iv) In case a supporting document or information is found to be fake/ forged/tempered/ no-genuine at any stage during tendering process & even after placement of Purchase Order/ Work Order, the tenderer/ bidder is liable for punitive action as per extant guidelines of SAIL.
