Rates for Maintenance of LNG Cryogenic Road tanker
Purging of inner vessel with inert gas, Heating of inner vessel for evacuation, Vacuum pumping, etc. The vacuum level should be less than 5 micron. Checking of vacuum retention for minimum 3 days. Conducting Mass spectrometer leak detection test. Repairing of outer vessel leak.
Replacement of vacuum gauge head tube (Supply of Vacuum gauge head tube shall be in scope of the vendor-Make- Teledyne Hasting)
Replacement of isolation valve (vacuum gauge head) - Supply of Isolation valve shall be in scope of the vendor, Make- Hoke/Swagelok
Replacement of pop up pot and its 'O' ring (Supply of Pop-up Port and its 'O' Rings shall be in scope of the vendor)
Nitrogen purging / repairing / welding work for arresting leak in pressure building coil.
Welding of stainless steel support structure of pressure building coil (Vaporizer).
Removal of old valve seat, fitting and fixing of new valve seats. (Supply of valve seats and gaskets shall be in scope of Indian Oil)
De-mounting and re-mounting of LNG tanker including replacement of all the mounting bolts and mounting pads (10 mm thick Neoprene sheet)
Mounting Bolts - Supply of mounting bolts (Rate to be quoted inlcusive of all taxes, excise duty, VAT, etc).
Mounting Bolts - Replacement of mounting bolts, which includes charges for removal of old bolts and fitting new bolts.
Complete painting of outer vessel including valve cabinet, as per painting specification given in the tender document.
Replacement of valve cabinet (Operation box), which includes cutting and removal of old operation box, fabrication of new operation box with material and its fitting (All the required material shall be in scope of the vendor).
Supply and Fitting of Differential pressure gauge (Wika Make) - Supply of differential pressure gauge and associated spares and valves shall be in scope of the vendor
Cooling down of inner vessel using liquid nitrogen (This activity shall be carried out after completion of repair job). The tanker shall be positively charged with nitrogen gas.
Modification of fitting for replacement of 20 NB SRV with 25NB (NPT) SRV (One tanker is fitted with 4 safety valves) - Work includes the removal of 20 NB fitting and welding of 25 NB (NPT) fitting only. SRV's will be provided of IOCL
Fitting of flow diverter valve for Safety Relief Valve (Line size- 40 NB) - Supply of flow diverter valve and related material shall be in scope of the vendor
Fabrication and fitting of stainless steel casing for pneumatic spool valves (All the required material shall be in scope of the vendor)
Purging of inner vessel with nitrogen gas (This activity shall be required for carrying out hot jobs like welding and cutting)
Fitting of anti-tow away device (Supply of Anti-tow away valve (3/2 roller lever valve- Make - Festo) and fitting along with associated spares shall be in scope of the vendor)
Fitting of New retractable grounding wire reel with holder (Supply of material in the scope of vendor)
Painting of only valve cabinet as per painting specification given in the tender
Replacement of vaporizer guard - Material, fabrication and fitment of vaporizer guard shall be in scope of the vendor
